I have semi-hooded eyes and every eyeliner I use on my top line transfers. Does this eyeliner transfer too??

I also have semi-hooded eyes and even if I let it dry, this will transfer if I don't powder my lids first. I just put a thin layer of nude eyeshadow down and then I use a thin line of the liner and it's perfect.

Does it dry quickly? I have problems with liner staying in the corners of my eyes all day. Does this one?

It dries super fast, literally right away. As for corners it performs really well in corners. I wear a small cat eye flick in the corner and the fine line lasts all day. I haven't had any issues with sweat or humidity affecting it either.

Does it have the same dramatic look as liquid eyeliner or does it look more like a pencil?

To me it is kinda in the middle. It's better than pencil, but not as stark as some liquids. I just love it.

I'm concerned about using products that are tested on animals. Are Stila products cruelty free?

ALL cosmetic companies must, by law, test their product on animals. Still a and others can call themselves cruelty free by not testing the final product on rabbits but every other component is tested on an animal first.
