I would like to know what the actual colors are in the palette?

From top to bottom, left to right they are as follows-Matt Johnson (a dark grey), Matt Garcia (a deep brownish red), Matt Malloy (white), Matt Rosen (a medium brown), Matt Wood (dark brown), Matt Singh (a very muted pink), Matt Abdul (grey), Matt Lombardi (a muted yellow), Matt Hung (a grey-ish brown). None of the colors have any shimmer, they're great for a very simple every day look. They last for a long time and they stay on really well. I definitely recommend this.

Do you use a brush to apply these? Or are they so creamy that you use your finger?

Definitely a brush. They are not cream shadows. You could use your finger for a super heavy application but I think these shadows are prettiest with a lighter, blended application.

Does the product come sealed by the manufacturer?

The product as it comes from the manufacturer does not have a specific "seal" but usually just a tiny/small adhesive that keep it from flopping openn.
