Necessary for a cooler
Necessary for securing a Engle Cooler to the boat deck. Engle makes the hardware out of 316 marine stainless steel,the deck plates, and buckles, for the best corrsion control. The kit comes complete with all the hardware to make a clean installation. I used a 3M 5200 to seal in the drilled screws Amazon shipping was super, the product arrived promptly and within 5 minutes the install was complete. Very high quality product.

Won't trust Amazon Warehouse again
Purchased from Amazon Warehouse which is supposed to be Open Box items that are certified to be in working condition and complete etc. Kit was missing 1 of the 2 mounting brackets. Luckily I was purchasing to replace my straps and don't need the missing bracket.
