Great for MLP fans!
We live in the USA and have a multi-region DVD player, but if you live in the USA and do not have one, please note that this will not play in your standard DVD player. This is an episode of MLP that my daughter really wanted to own and it was not available to purchase in the US, so we bought it from the UK. It came in great shape and played great in our multi-region DVD player. Great addition to any MLP collection.

Better than expected
Considering that MLP just completed its 8th season and they've already done Christmas episodes, I wasn't sure how much energy they had for left for this. My worries were unnecessary as they really landed this one. The ponies have several story-lines as they search for Christmas presents, and each one has its own unique tone and message to it and the whole special works pretty well.

Do not order DVD on line
This DVD would not play in our DVD machine different region, would have been nice before we wasted money on it and have a disappointed daughter.

Misleading post that this is only a region2 DVD and won’t play on standard North American DVD players. Tried to return and the seller has stopped responding.

フリムフラム兄弟やパイファミリーなどの人気のあるゲストキャラが登場し、また過去の話からもネタ、セリフを拾って来る等、嬉しい要素がいくつもあります。時間が足りなかったのか少し消化不良？な部分もありますが全体的に良く出来た話でとても満足しました。

Don’t buy it! It may not work on any DVD players or portable DVD players, due to region error and invalid region. I tried playing it, but it doesn’t work on any of my DVD players.

Great Special, highlights the best parts of this show
Friendship is Magic is a series that had a strong start which appealed to people of all ages, as was the creator's intention, and developed into one of the largest fanbases ever. Sadly the quality has been declining in recent years, mostly due to the obvious attempts to push as much of the toyline as possible into the episodes.This special is a real step back though to the days where the show was at the top of its game. A nice christmas story with plenty of funny scenes and some heartwarming messages, there's really not a lot to dislike, be you an old fan or a newcomer.

We're proper mlp fans and really liked this for a little Christmas chill out on boxing day. Sweet story and all ends well.
