How many cups does the pan hold?

Hello Marianne,I have baked several loafs of bread in these pan's and found the amount of cups used dependeds on your recipe. For instance if I didn't use any extra gluten to provide a better fluffy  loaf. I could use as much as 31/2 to 4 cups if I used a lot of Grahm or whole wheat 75% 25% plain unbleached flour. However if I used 75% whole wheat and 25% bread flour unbleached I would get a better rise and use 31/2 cups. If I used 75% whole wheat and 25% Bread flour unbleached and added 8% to 10% gluten  I got a very high rise that was stable and came in less time; I only needed 21/2 to 3 cups total volume. I always used 1&1/2 tablsp. of yeast to 2 tblsp. I get my yeast vacumm sealed and fresh from a local resturant supply store it's cheaper than on the net. I also always use raw brown cane sugar and my water is distilled or filter, tempurature should be between 110f-115f degrees. I hope this helps you out with your baking some adjusting will come with each try. The humidity of the day changes the amount of water if the humidity is high; less is needed low a little more about 3/4 cup per 2 cups dry ingredients; more is okay a liitle moister dough can alway be adjusted with a little flour. But it's almost impossible to add water to a dry dough. I add 2 tblsp of unbleached flour to the water and 1 & 1/2 tp 2 tblsp. sugar for my starter mix. Add the sugar and flour first stir well, then heat in micro wave oven to the 110F to 115F stir add yeast then allow 8 to 10 minutes for starter. Add the salt required to the flour mix. Nonstick(teflon) does that mean it has pfoa, ptfe chemicals in the coating?  it does not state that?

Our nonstick coating is silicone polyester, none of our products use Teflon. Our pans are PFOA and PTFE free.

Question 3

Are these pans good for making meatloaf in? Or are there better pans for this?

There is no reason these pans won't work for meatloaf. And cooking time shouldn't need to be adjusted. Although the pan is longer, the width is the same and it should cook the meat evenly.
