Excellent quality and value for money
This is a fairly inexpensive product so I was a little hesitant about what the quality would be like when it arrived, but it exceeded my expectations.I'm trying to remove as much plastic from my environment as I reasonably can, especially with the problems of micro plastics washing from our clothes and into our oceans (polyester fabrics and similar ones that are plastic based are big problems) so this cotton bedding seemed a good choice and turned out to be great value for money.Everything is as you would hope for, the pattern is clear and looks good, the stitching is well done, the bedding feels nice and there was no unpleasant smell when the packet was opened. While it's not possible to be a consumer of goods and not cause environmental damage, it is possible to make better choices for our own personal health and the environment and this bedding is a good choice in my opinion.

Surprisingly good for the price
The main thing I liked about this was the price. Under £20 for pure cotton kingsize duvet cover and pillowcases is good value. The colours (I bought Istanbul Green) are muted and won’t set your world on fire - but the reversible design is quite pretty and will tone in with a range of decors, I think. The fabric feels soft and smooth and you could easily mistake it for something more expensive. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Feels and looks much more expensive
I read through the reviews but considering this was on a deal and I bought a cotton king duvet cover for £17 I thought I would chance it. Extremely happy, I washed before putting on bed as it felt a little stiff and I have allergies. It’s not fleecy soft more cotton smooth. Feels more expensive than it was. I checked the seams, all mine are fine (and if they weren’t this is cheaper than buying the material). It looks great, even unironed. One of the buttons did come off when I first put it on but I m forever sewing these back on, even for quite expensive covers. For this price point, it’s an absolute winner

Pure cotton, pure comfort
Pure cotton seems to be dying a death in the textile world. Gone are the days of 100% cotton socks and clothes, and instead we have eco-damaging synthetics woven into every strand of fibre. Alas, even bedding is falling onto this stinky trap (because synthetics just do not do will with body odours), and therefore it is much harder to get natural, ocean-life friendly pure cotton bedding too (see, the microplastic fibres wash into the waterways when we machine wash our clothes and they end up in our oceans, and little creatures eat it).I got these because the look nice and they claimed to be 100% (and some are not on Amazon, from personal experience, in spite of their claims). These are genuine and they look good too. We're really pleased with them and may get more.

Fantastic quality!
I am actually surprised at the quality of this quilt. The reviews weren’t so great. The thickness is perfect. I was expecting a poor quality thin cotton duvet cover. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Definitely worth 5 stars! *****

The smell!, It's like sleeping on a lilo
The linen has a strong smell of plastic when first opened, and so far is still there. I am hoping it will lessen after a few washes. Good to know if sensitive/sensory to these kind of things
