I needed to pass a couple of network cables and a coax cable through a wall out in my workshop and didn't want to mess with a bunch of wall adapters and other things. I ended up using these, one of each side of the wall, and they worked great. I found the easiest way to install them was to pass the wires through the wall, put them through the wall plate, and then slide the wall plate up to the wall and attach it. If you are looking for a "quick and dirty" solution that still looks pretty good, I found these to be a good solution.

Ok.. How does one get that a wall cover plate is good for 'working out'????? There are things... and thoughts... and things... and no. Setting aside the impose implication that the product review says this could be a work out tool.... taking into account what its actually used for this is a decent product. Held up so far so good and good price point for it. The silicone covering is pretty much just there and useless - wound up removing that but the plate itself is good construction and does as intended. Now back to this how to make it a work out tool..... again.... no clue.... thoughts... but yeah.

Cover plate allows several wires to be passed through wall without drilling and leaving an extra large hole. Previously I had to use a pre drilled hole, usually much larger then needed, or drill my own to fit. The flexible rectangle in this plate allows the wires to pass through and still look tightly fitted and custom looking. I now stock several knowing they’ll work for all jobs. Highly recommend for all installs through walls.

Exactly what we needed to run some cable wires though.

There's a air handler closet in our home, been unchanged since the house was built in the 60's. Started cleaning the closet up and this cover was part of it. Had ugly doorbell wiring in there where they just knocked a hole in the wall and fed the wires through the hole from the transformer. The doorbell wiring is low voltage so not an issue other than it was ugly. This plate helped clean it up and looks better than the old way. Easy to install and worked out well.

Compre para ocultar el cable de la TV, son muy fáciles de instalar, vienen 2 lo cual es perfecto por que así esta la entrada y salida de los cables.
