Perfect detailed Pattern for Dollhouse
I am very pleased with this pattern. It is very detailed and easily understood. The color pictures that go with the pattern are wonderful. Even a beginner should be able to build this doll house. I totally knew from the description that this was a pattern, not a kit. Reasonable price for such a detailed plan.

Playscale Plans
These plans are beautiful. I really can not say much about them. I'm currently not qualified and they look a little difficult to me. Presently, I'm a novice in woodworking and these plans require skill. It'll be a goal for now. There's a lot of detail work. It is a beautiful playscale plan.

Please note that all you will get with this purchase is an envelope with the instructions on how to build the house. The materials needed are not included.The seller stated that it clearly listed that it's only instructions but after review the add again and the cute picture shown I feel it's not very clear at all.When I inquired them about the materials because in my mind that was still to come I received the following rude response:The envelope you received is what you bought, "A Woodworking ScrollSaw Patterns and Instruction Plan...". Alot of work
I built this house a couple of years ago. It is a massive project. It took over 100 hours with two people working on it.

excited to get started
Came as scheduled. Plans are nice and easy to understand. Satisfied with the item. My husband and I are really looking forward to doing this project. This is our first dollhouse and hopefully we can finish it.
