Wild Blue Organics Farm Organic Black Garlic (6 Whole Bulbs in one Pack)

My friend recommend this product, and said it is good for health. I am not really like the taste of garlic, but good for health is the reason that I wanted to try. The tase and smell of the product is not as strong as what I thought. I can eat it as snack. My friend also told me it can be used to cook. I am pretty curious and excited about cooking it with vegetables or meat. By the way, my boyfriend likes garlic and he loves this product!!! I recommend it.

Half the bag was very dry and uneddible. Should have tried returning.

Like this because it is the whole bulb. It is a little dry, a little on the bitter side. Others I have had are softer and have a sweeter taste to them. But these are a nice way to get the whole bulb.

These little bulbs are amazing!I was a bit hesitant to try them in the beginning, but after my friend insisted how good they are, I started to grow fond of it. The only downside was the price, but I the quality totally makes up for it.

First, I'm confessing I was not aware that black garlic was cooked or processed garlic. I though that it was some one of a kind garlic that was actually black and therefore, it could be cultivated! The black garlic is processed in a slow cooker or rice cooker for about 10-15-or 30 days and after they turn black, they are done.. This, I found out through a customer review done on another vendor trying to sell this particular garlic being good for planting it in a deceiving way. That was when it occurred to me to look it up on U-Tube.This vendor's garlic says it on a very small print, not big enough to be seen on the picture when I bought it. It came in a black sealed bag, and it says Organic BLACK GARLIC and it was a little too soft, but it tastes delicious for me. My husband didn't care for it, so it earned the three stars,
