Fillet knife
My stepdaughters gave me this several years ago and I loved it. Yep I lost or miss placed it so my wife has replaced it. Use makes fillet fish much easier

A very good choice.
I really like this knife. I bought it for the fish I catch in Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The scales on many of these fish are almost like armor and often it takes 3 or 4 tries to even get the knife though the skin. This knife cuts very well, not to fast and not to slow. The reason for the 4 stars is that I don't care so much for the trigger. It just does not feel comfortable but I would still buy it again. I usually clean my fish at a fish cleaning station so the batteries are great. Sometimes it is difficult to find a plug in.

Do not buy.
Terrible ergonomics, ridiculous safety button on trigger makes it hard to use, blade release placed horribly where you need to grip while using the knife. Did anyone actually use this to fillet a fish to test it ? Haven’t gotten to the lack of power issue due to the blade falling out if I get past the safety button.

Great filet knife!
My husband is and AVID fisherman and this is his go to. The first one burt out (many many years of use and abuse) and we purchased another one. Love this product and it’s durability.

Blades too slow.
Too slow and cumbersome. Trigger is weird and difficult to keep pressure on it.

Don’t purchase
I bought this for my husband last Fathers Day, we just TRIED to use it this week. The batteries will not charge, so we cannot use it.

Doesn't have enough power.
I wanted an electric knife for cutting up salmon and this one just didn't have the power needed for the task. It would work great for smaller fish in remote locations but not what I needed it for.
