Not Happy!
The product helped my hearing but the volume control quit working after 2 weeks. I kept using them for a two more weeks but finally gave up. Seller said he would send a new set as soon as he received the original ones in the mail. I printed the label and mailed them on August 9th. It is now the 21st and I have not heard one word from the seller. I would have rated "Value for the Money" higher if they had continued to work like they did when I first got them!

Very inferior very unconfortable need to know what to do to return item keep getting answer from nano sorry operatirs busy call back and it hangs up

Super Hearing Aids
While the price was important, I am most impressed with the comfort and the quality of hearing. The NANO Hearing aids with the rechargeable feature take all the hassle and worry out of being able to hear clearly again. They are built well and very sturdy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with hearing impairment.

Do not get involved with this company
We purchased the Nano Hearing aids to try them out and were told that it was a free 45 day trial. When we received them and tried them out, they sounded very "tinny" and could not properly control the volume. Returned them after 21 days and were told that we had to pay $9.99 to ship them back. Paid the shipping fee and then had to constantly call and email them to try and get the refund. Had to have our bank get involved to get the refund pushed along. When they gave us the refund weeks later, they deducted $20 for the batteries that we returned to them!! Read all other reviews before dealing with this company. Check out the BBB because they give them a C rating!! Do yourself a favor and visit an audiologist and pay the price for good hearing aids and save yourself the hassle. They fall apart way too easily for everyday use!

Rechargeable, behind the ear Amplifiers, by NANO
I first used in-the-ear canal amplifiers and they were hurting my ears and difficult to adjust. With the NANO RX2000 amplifiers the adjustments are easy and they are more comfortable to wear. Great price too!

Total Scam - Elderly financial predators
Bought these and they are terrible. Tried to return them directly to Nano and they gave us the run around until they pushed us past the 45 day return policy. They refuse to take them back and I'm assuming that this is their normal process to prey on the elderly.
