Black & Decker BDPE200B Easy Edge Power Paint Edger

It might work a little better if I wasn't using it on dark blue changing to beige....takes some practice to be able to not leave streaks...I was able to brush quicker than use the edger.....It did leave a clean line once I got the feel for things and sometimes needed to wipe off the paint that accumulated around the pad....

The product is not worth buying because I used it for a short ime and it was more trouble than it was worth, It worked well but the clean up took away all the pluses. I just ended up buying a great brush and hand trimming. Much faster.

This tool is very handy and a clean way to get a tight paint line around mouldings and it is simple to use and clean

I am a competent person capable of following directions. I have remodeled my home from plumbing, heating, air conditioning and woodworking/sheet rock. I spent a lot of time trying to make the machine work without success. I opened this package and followed the instructions. As I began painting with the product, the contents spilled from the edger on to the floor. I become so upset I threw the Power Paint Edger out. It made my job more frustrating than it had to be.

This edger was GREAT for about... 30 feet and then it quit working. We replaced batteries, we tried all of the hints on the assembly sheet and it never worked again. We then went to Home Depot, purchased a $4 edging tool, and that worked cleanly for the entire house with no problems. It was much faster, too. We truly wanted this product to be fantastic, however that was not the case. I wish I had listened to the other reviews.

This is without a doubt the worst piece of junk B&D has ever foisted off on an unsuspecting public. Totally worthless for painting. Paint head flies off when you try to use it and sprays paint all over the rug. At one time Black and Decker produced quality tools, but those days are past and disappearing in the mists of time. Do not waste your money on this.

i just bought this paint edger and was sooo excited to use it and thought it would save me tons of time but instead it got paint everywhere but the wall and was just poor quality, befor u buy this u should also consider a bic lighter they are grate reliable and are much cheaper! the make burning my money WAAAY easyer thx :)

The edger never worked properly. Leaked, did not distribute paint smoothly or evenly. This was the second one I tried. Both were not very good.
