Works well
Easily drilled through rebar in about 10 minutes. This was after struggling for 1.5 hours to drill through rebar with a standard carbide hammer drill bit.

Expensive but works great
Trying to install my 2 post lift, I ran into a piece of rebar directly in the way of one of the mounting holes. After fighting with other bits for a while, I decided to just buy this thing. Worth it, this thing cut through the rebar in about 10 seconds. No problems.

Gets the job done!
After fighting to cut thru 1/2 inch rebar with the Diablo brand concrete/rebar 3/4 cutter, I purchased the Bosch 3/4 rebar cutter bit as a last resort. After about 30 seconds the bit successfully cut thru the rebar and allowed me to finish my job. Used with a Makita rotary hammer drill set on drill mode only! Thank you Bosch for a great product! Highly recommended!

SDS + REBAR CUTTER
Cuts thru rebar with ease but make sure that you change your settings on your rotary hammer from hammer to drill when you change out bits. If you don't, the cutting teeth will wear out quickly. A SDS + bit that you will need when drilling holes in 12" thick concrete walls reinforced with rebar. Great price on the new Bosch bit.

did not cut rebar as I had hoped
I purchased it because i hit a rebar while drilling through my foundation.. thought it will cut through rebar but after 20 min of drilling in rotary mode using my dewalt rotary hammer drill as instructed, it had not moved an inch. returned it for a full refund.

Failed at first try
I was drilling 12-inch concrete block walls, and 10-inch steel reinforced concrete walls using Bosch HC2167 1-inch bit and it worked fine. I was expecting to run into steel rebars eventually so also purchased this Bosch RC2164 1-inch "rebar cutter" bit. On the first rebar I ran into I switched to this "rebar cutter" bit. It was a total disappointment. Lost a couple of the carbide tips in only a few seconds and not made a dent in the rebar. Shortly after all carbide tips were gone and the bit mushroomed.

1-1/8” Used under water in overhead position With a a pneumatic Spitzna dill. Worked well.

Cuts rebar very easily. So much better and effective compared to a Hilton cruciform CX

Excellent, learned that a touch of cutting fluid ever 30 seconds on the tip makes a world of difference in cutting speed when going through rebar.

Bad luck that under a line of holes for some concrete anchors to attached bases for the posts for my gazebo, was rebar the entire length. Took a while but eventually using this bit I cut through the rebar at 8 different hole locations. It was my only hope and this tool came through for me.

Make sure to keep drill cutter head cooled, cutting head gets very hot very quickly, I keep a small container of water close by to cool bit, it doesn't cut as quickly if you leave your drill at drilling mode only, I use it with drill and hammer mode switched on,
