Works great!
Setup was pretty easy, arrived well packaged with all parts as advertised. I am using it to mount a 27 inch TV although it looks strong enough to hold a larger TV with no issue.

Very good product and was easy for me to set up
This is a great product, I have a small room so I have a perfect place to hang my 32" tv and this stand is perfect. It was easy to assemble and fasten to the area where I wanted to hang my TV. I like it because I can tilt it and swivel it around to see it at any angle...good durable product.

Offers more location choices!
I had a tv wall mount, but its flexibility was limited. This one is mounted from the ceiling and offers more location choices. Plus, as long as you keep it away from the wall it can be turned 360 degrees and heights can be adjusted so it can be positioned to be visible from anywhere in the room. It also offers a greater degree of tilt than most mounts. Do keep in mind that when considering placement, it should be mounted on a ceiling joist and ceiling fans, etc. must have enough clearance. Only downside I have found is that you have to be careful not to hit your head.

Does the job
We purchased this to install in our camper. We needed a TV mount to where the TV could be seen in two areas. This one does the job. We are able to see the TV facing one direction , and then when desired can turn it around to the opposite direction.It was easy to install and feels very sturdy. Very happy with it.

Can’t take the weight
Really cheap thin metal parts. Bent during installation. Once hung it held small tv fine. Great for workout room or room that is not I. Need of a good quality looking product.

Quality product, vague instructions
Quality product at low price, but instructions are poor. I like that this is a product that accommodates numerous scenarios (wall vs ceiling, concrete vs stud), but vague instructions w multiple hardware options added 30 min to project. Illustrations are small, and steps and key details omitted from text. So if you have a temper or don't enjoy problem-solving, you should probably pay the extra money for something pre-assembled

Wobbly and came with rusted hardware
The mount was very simple to assemble. The instructions were very imprecise and of little help. The unit was simple enough to determine how to assemble it without assistance, though.The majority of the included hardware is rusted, but not to an unusable point.We had to use the inner two mount points, as we did not have studs spaced closely enough to use the outer four mount points. This led to the mount being very wobbly from side-to-side. Once the unit was properly mounted and not being touched, it is passable, but if you touch the TV, it easily wobbles side-to-side.
