Great temporary fence!
I rent my house and I have a small cement back yard which is attached to neighbors' houses on either side. The fence they have is a joke. It's a 3 foot iron fence that's falling apart. No privacy whatsoever and since neither of my neighbors keep their back yards very nice, it was also an eyesore for me to look at. I plant a garden, have the outdoor table and chairs and a small swimming pool for my dogs and I like decorating it to make it look nice back there. There's no way to have had a real fence put up since I'm just renting so I ordered something like this at the beginning of last summer, that bamboo fence was taller but the reeds woven to make the fence were thinner. My one dog managed to stick his nose through the fence in a couple of places because of stray cats he had to keep his eyes on. And during the winter the weather roughed up the fences pretty bad.I didn't take the old fence down but just laid this fence on top of it. And the bamboo is much thicker and a lot sturdier. I only did one side of my fence with this overlay because the otherside has been taken over by shrubbery growing out of control from neighbor's yard. (honeysuckle, so it's kind of nice)But there's a definite better quality to this fence than the other I had purchased. This one doesn't come up as high but my dog is not able to stick his nose through it. Hasn't even tried. These fences don't offer 100 percent privacy. But it sure does look nice and feels a lot more private than not having it up.If you're buying this because privacy is important to you than I wouldn't recommend this. It only creates the illusion of privacy but does hide eyesores pretty well, in spite being able to see through it a little.I think this fence will hold up to the winter weather a lot better than the other. I'll let you know.

This product met all my expectations.
I ordered this fencing to block out my neighbor's unkept back yard. I wired it to the chain link fence between our yards and although I knew it wasn't going to be total blockage, it was enough. I am a 61 year old single lady and I was able to carry it, unroll it, and wire all four 13' pieces to the fence in about 4 hours. I was very pleased with the finished look. It was more expensive than the reed fencing but was much sturdier and was thicker.

Not well made.
The fencing wood is very thin bamboo. The wiring is awful It rusts, breaks easily and is way too thin. This of course weakens the fence and shortens its lifespan. The wooden “sticks”are too far apart thus limiting privacy. Next time I will pay more for better quality, use. and a longer life.

NOT length advertised, slips apart - but elsewhere
Do not order. Yes it’s flimsy but it’s a bamboo screen, but it’s nothing like the photo. Tiny inconsistent-width slats, barely wired together, so they slide up and down and fall out. A bigger problem - it is NOT the dimensions promised - mine was almost a full foot short lengthwise, but once I got it unpacked form it’s damaged box and bag, and laid out to install, I wasn’t about to wrestle it back together. That’s just ripping me off. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t be so upset if the seller would make it right and send spare length - can’t find a way to contact them - Amazon should stop this seller.

Good price, medium quality
The picture is deceiving. I bought two of these. The bamboo was bent and sticking out of place in areas, mainly at the edges. The picture displays the bamboo nice straight, and even. So, it did not work well as fencing material--it was not aesthetically pleasing, but it worked wonderfully on top of my pergola. They were heavy enough to not blow off with wind gusts and they added much needed shade. I am giving it 3 stars because I was able to repurpose it.

I don't recommend keeping it out all year as the weather will ...
Bought several rolls for around our above ground pool. Took it down last year and stored it for this year. I don't recommend keeping it out all year as the weather will probably weaken the appearance and fade it. Ours did fade from being out last summer, but it still looks great and we get compliments on it all the time! Def improved the look of our gray Intex pool. We just secured it to our pool legs with zip-ties. It holds up really well and would buy again!

Cheaply made but good shade block.
Well, it is pretty cheaply made and if used as a fence, it would simply blow over in the first wind. However, I bought this as a cover for my pergola instead of a more expensive replacement tarp. And it works just fine for that purpose as it is lightweight and acts as a great shade block. I rated it two stars overall because the price is exorbitant considering the product which grows as a weed in some countries. I guess the shipping is factored into that as it is a bulk mailing. Had it not been for the price, I would have bought 2 of them.
