I was close to five stars on this review. I do like the product very much... it is well constructed. The framing is very solid and easy to assemble. My only beef is with the netting. The netting material is good, but when you hang it on the frame, there is no indication on the netting where the top horizontal bars should be attached to the netting. So when you are assembling it, you do not know how tight to pull the netting before you weave in the horizontal bars. I only discovered that I allowed too much slack in the first 2 segments once I got to the last segment, which were then too tight. So I recommend the netting be modified to include a strap system that will (a) tell the installer exactly how tight to pull the netting between segments on the top, and (b) allow for the easy connection of the netting to the horizontal top framing without having to weave the netting through the bar. That would be a wonderful improvement. Still, I am not complaining, this is a very nice product.

The cage arrived on time and was easy to assemble with two people. We were missing a couple of poles after we unpacked everything and customer service was very responsive and easy to work with.

I like how this cage is portable and can easily be taken down if needed. It’s holding up so far so good. I would’ve liked if this cage came with a back drop net or vinyl target for fouls balls and missed pitches for extra protection of netting.The 3 things about this cage that I am not happy with are;1.) The post do not have rubber or caps to protect the feet/end of post. The ends are now digging holes in the dirt area and scraping on the ends that I have on the cement.2.) This unit does not come with complete instructions on how to tie the net rope ends to post correctly, leaving me to just try to figure it out and hope I did my best to secure it correctly. I even emailed asking for a video or correct written instructions on how it should be done, but all they said was it was something they were working on. Which obviously doesn’t help me now.3.) If this unit would come with 6 more tie downs, would be great.Overall I am happy with it, but still to be determined if net comes down on my head while throwing batting practice, Opinion could change, only because they couldn’t provide thorough instructions.I am now following up on my review. I have changed my rating from a 4 to a 5 Star rating. After getting an email from Tom at NetWorld Sports, he went above and beyond to help me with a couple issues that I was having and also assured me they were working on improving their Net installation I instructions. Which would be great!!After a couple weeks of use, We have had no problems and would like to add that with the Trapezoid design, it held up in windy conditions as well.

Delivery was quick which was great. Set-up was fairly easy, I was able to get it done myself in about 3 hours, most frustrating part was trying to marry the tubes with the 3 and 4 way connectors with the bolts, probably much easier with 2 sets of hands. There is a video on YouTube that shows a company spokesman assembling the cage which was helpful since the instructions that it comes with are very basic. It’s been up for 2 days and seems pretty sturdy but I may have put it up a couple days to early since we are about to get slammed with another NorEaster. So I am very anxious to see how it stands up to its first test of wind and snow. I will follow up with an after the storm update and let you know how it made out. If it survives I’ll bump it up to 5 stars. If it doesn’t I’m knocking it down to 2.The net will be short when first hung up, I stretched it out and staked it down for a couple days and it did the trick. I also purchased 12” bungees to secure the net to the top instead of using the 6” ones it came with. This allowed the net to hang slightly lower and gave more slack on the bottom so it could be pulled out to give more room inside the cage for batter and pitcher.Overall it’s a great backyard batting cage and if it holds up we will absolutely get our moneys worth in one season.Survived many storms so far! It’s now 2021 and still is standing great!

This is an update to my previous review. I was very frustrated with Net World Sports, but customer service has since personally reached our to remedy the situation (they are sending a new net as my first product was likely defective) even though the company ‘s phone lines are currently shut down until next week. So just know that the net itself may not be meant for high level, high velocity hitters but if you get a hole or two the company is willing to send a replacement kit. Trapezoid poles on this kit have held up well The entire package looks appropriate for homeowners association backyard.Finally, it will likely be easier to get a hold of NWS very soon via phone versus only email if need be so that will help greatly.

This is an awesome cage! I can't keep my daughter out of it! We have 3 kids that play baseball and softball ranging from 10-14. It has been up for 2 days and I feel like I have already seen a great return on my investment! I like the fact that it is free standing and is very sturdy. I was a bit concerned whether it would stand up to the wind but no longer worry about that. The day I put it up, a cold front moved through bringing with it high winds with gusts up to 25-30 mph and the cage never moved. I do advise to stake down the net near the hitter so that when the wind blows, the net doesn't move and hinder the batter.If you are looking for a great solution to chasing balls around the backyard, preventing windows from being broken, or are just in the market for a well made, easy to setup free standing cage, in my opinion, look no further; you will not be disappointed.Oh, and as a side note, setup was a breeze with most of the time in the setup coming from unpacking.
