Poorly made, didn’t even survive one cup of tea.
The quality of this mug is appalling. The image was poor quality and faded. The mug itself cracked instantly when filled with hot water. It didn’t even stand up to one cup of tea. A total waste of money.

I received the item I ordered and it was broken in three pieces. I was very upset since it was a present for my niece. I contacted the seller and rapidly they responded......They sent a new one (which I received today) and a refund for the purchase (which I didn't ask for) I wish more companies were so rapid and understanding. Good work.
