Nimble Sports Blue 3Play Gymnastics Bars - Parallel Bars - Uneven Bars with Blue Tumble Mat Combo

Bought this back in 2013 for my son who was 5 at the time. He basically lived on this thing daily for 2 years and even now we use it for pilates or for stretching. The bars are weighted for up to 200lbs. It looks brand new and we’re going to sell it and it looks brand new and works exactly like it was intended. I think it’s a lifetime type quality and really solid heavy metal.

The poles are not very good. The bars dont pull up as high as they need to go.

This item is very well made. Only four stars because the instructions left a lot to be desired. My grandchildren can now practice their gymnastic move at home.

Very sturdy build(It can hold my weight—350lbs with no problems) Lots of adjustments that can be done! Nieces are learning and growing and getting better with the abilities! Would and do recommend to friends with kids that like gymnastics!

The picture was deceiving as to how big it actually was and there wasn't an age guideline posted to show a recommended age. The size demensions were inaccurate. I paid for the shipping and when I put it together my 11 couldn't use it. I then had to pay to ship it back to the company. Neither shipping fee will be refunded. Won't buy anything off Amazon again.

I have coached preschool gymnastics for 18 years and recently opened my own place for kids 2-6. I purchased these due to limited space and funds with plans to purchase the professional preschool unevens when I expand. I am very pleased with these bars. They are perfect for my 2-5 year olds! Very sturdy. I would highly recommend these for anyone who has preschoolers wanting bars for home use or for gyms wanting smaller space saving bars. They would be great for a toddler class in a gym as they are smaller than the pro bars and less intimidating. I would not recommend for anyone over 6 or in a elementary or competitive gym program. I only gave 4 stars due to the description stating a standard mat works with this bar. If buying these bars, do not get the mat and bar combo. The base underneath is about 2 inches high and can hurt feet and ankles when landing on them with a standard mat. Standard mats are 1 3/8 to 2 inches thick and this is not enough. 8 inch thick is ideal but pricey costing about as much as the bar itself. I placed a 4 inch thick 3x6 bar mat purchased from tumbl trak over the 2 inch thick 4x8 (standard) mat I had under it to give it a 6 inch cushion and it works adequately. Still an 8 inch would be best. Also it is much cheaper to buy this bar directly from nimble which is what I did.
