Perfect upgrade for a street driven 2017 R1. We all know how bad some factory brake pads are. Yamaha R1 is no exception. Upgrade to these, you won't regret it. Installs in about 5min, make sure to pick up some brake pad grease for the back of the pad and apply before install. Perfect upgrade for street riders. These have way more bite and feel than the factory pads.

Brakes work much better than my old ones. Seems to be less brake dust. Would recommend.

Awesome breaks for the money

Summary: Last changed: 01/2017 at 58K miles, currently 78K miles, so only 20K added; changed too early, still lots of life left (see picture). Only four stars for these are not epfa hh. Can't get that kinda of pad for the rear for my bike. These are an improvement over my old pads but I feel I could do more.

Good stopping power, quick break in period, alittle dusty tho. I run them front and rear and will continue to.

Still had a little squeaking

Installed these on my GSXR1000 L14 and it was the best choice I made. First time using EBC products and there is no going back, great performance.These are a little noisy at the very beginning on low speeds such as parking the bike or coming to a red light, after a couple of weeks noise is fading out.

Great pads, install was easy. Highly recommend.

I ordered the wrong parts. It did not say if it was front or back breaks. Very disappointing!
