The first turtle I received was an ugly brown color with chips, gouges, and cracks all over it. I have doubts that it is real labradorite, and if it is, it’s lousy quality.To their credit, the seller did send a replacement. The second turtle does look like genuine labradorite. It has a beautiful turquoise blue sheen when the light hits it.As to the carving, neither turtle was carved as cute as the sample photo. They both have huge sharp noses and barely discernible feet.So while I appreciate their effort to make it right, I would not order from this company again.
