Height Increase Insoles – Shoe Lift Inserts

Tired of spending $10, $12, $15 or more for cheap insoles at the local stores I decided to give these a try. Boy am I glad I did! I wasn't really looking for an increase in height so much as I needed an insole that wouldn't "walk down", and be useless in a couple of months. I got the idea to try these. I wear size 11 wide or extra wide shoes, with orthotics, so I ordered the Large size insole. They fit in my shoes perfectly with absolutely no cutting or fitting required. Took 'em out the package slipped 'em in my shoes and started wearing 'em. I could tell a difference immediately! Not only in a slight increase in height, but more importantly in the overall comfort of my shoes. Most of my shoes are lace up, so they were able to accommodate the increase in height inside the shoe without much problem, but because of the orthotics I have to wear, adding these to the inside of my slip on shoes makes them a little too tight. So I don't wear my Sunday go to meetin' shoes much anymore. Now I can't, and don't want to go anywhere without them now. Ordering more soon. I can recommend these insoles just for the increase in comfort alone. Oh, and now my wife wants to try some in her shoes too. Update! Have purchased these several times since my initial review, and I can say with confidence that these insoles are well worth the money. They last a long, long time and I use them in almost all of my shoes now.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these, but they’re better than I thought. They give you a noticeable height boost without being obvious, and they fit into most shoes without a lot of hassle. The cushioning is decent too—they don’t feel hard or awkward under your feet, which was my main concern. I’ve worn them for a few hours at a time, and they stayed comfortable without making my shoes feel too tight. Only thing to keep in mind is they work best with slightly roomier shoes. In tighter pairs, they can feel a bit cramped. Overall, they do exactly what they’re supposed to do—add a little height while still being wearable day to day.

Fit well and feel good. Firm yet forgiving a good balance. I don’t know about height increase? Bought for comfort and support , which they do well. Standard thickness?

These are very nice inserts, and solve a problem for me. I don't necessarily need to be taller, but I do need my pants to not drag on the ground. I use these to elevate my feet a bit when I wear flat shoes or sneakers, so that pants that are right for mid-heel shoes or boots also are the right length for flats.

I bought these back in 2016 and still use them EACH AND EVERY SINGLE DAY! I’m surprised something in this price range would’ve lasted so long but hey this has done just that. They haven’t lost any height and haven't eroded from years of foot sweat and odor. Be careful when ordering these because they will definitely increase your foot size. I would recommend buying shoes at least 1/2 size larger than what you normally wear and stick with breaking in your shoes when using these. I just recently bought shoes at my actual size 10.5 and am paying dearly for it during the break in phase. However, all my other shoes are size 11. When i first used this product on those, I experienced the exact same feeling. Fast forward a year and the shoe fits like Cinderella's glass slipper. Feeling taller is everything! No one will ever know your secret and it definitely helped with confidence. When i take my shoes off im like “holy crap” every single time because its like stepping off a curb. Im a natural 5’9” but putting these in the shoes i like to wear (High tops) Im instantly pumped up to 5’11” and feel comfortable standing up, back straight chest out, Next to men who are 6 foot. Get these, dont question it at all. Like i said ive had these for 3 years and still use them DAILY! Five stars all the way for overall value.

these shoes /heel lift were great for me. I have big feet and long toes. Size 12 women's. But I have small narrow heels. so I finally figured out I need a heel lift in order to prevent my heels from lifting when I walk. These did the trick perfectly.

Product used to help with back problems. They were comfortable, and this was even a 2nd order for these. I used them for over a month,maybe 6 weeks, and I went to return them and it was not offered because it was over a months time. The seller says in their remarks, "100% risk free satisfaction to let you buy with confidence". However, it does not state that it has to be returned within 30 days. I was returning these because all of a sudden the pads just lost their form and they became very flat...like air was let out of them. I usually buy my shoes 1/2 size larger, to allow for room for the inserts. I did that then all of a sudden my shoes seemed to large for me ald were loose walking. I checked inside the shoes and the insoles was flat. The insole was also stuck to the bottom of my shoes, like they were glued in, which I did not do. I just wanted to return these and replace with new ones, maybe it was a one time thing, but it can't be done I guess.

Well made, comfortable and as described. They come in a pair - one left and one right. I only need the left one to even my legs after hip surgery. I wish they sold just the lefts or the rights . I can't use the right one so found another company where you can order 2 of one side.

I like theses they work, and you do get a slight height lift, they fit in the shoe ok and are comfortable. They work better in boots I use them for my work boots and some going out boots, for me even though these work in trainers because trainers are generally tighter and lower at the ankle it can make your trainer look too full best to wear an inch longer trouser that goes over the shoe to look the most natuaral

Good to slightly increase height and maintains good comfort

A big foam bump right in the middle of where your foot rests. Ridiculously uncomfortable. Impossible not to feel and the pictures for the item description do not show this.
