I would like you to ask an advice. My waist size is 96-97 cm, my leg inseam is 69-70 cm, but I don't know which size is good for me.

These trousers seem to be one size larger than stated. If you need a 96cm waist (38 inch) I would recommend a 34 inch. These trousers have the expanda-waist design so they will fit quite a range of sizes, that coupled with the larger than stated size of the trousers means a 34 inch waist should do.
