Brilliant flour
I’ve baked bread for many a year, it’s more filling that bought bread, this is an excellent flour, shame they don’t do bigger amounts they are excellent millers.

Flour is brilliant! Am really pleased that someone 10miles away found my parcel in a hedgerow and took the trouble to look me up on the internet! Great product though and very pleased.

Produced a well flavoured sourdough bread, and the seeds were in a good proportion.
Used this for making sourdough and was very pleased with the result. To be recommended.

Expiry date is too soon after purchace.
I like this flour, but the consignment of six img packs arrived a week ago and the date of expiry on the packs is for August if this year, so only about eight weeks to go before the ‘best before’ date. I Kay not be able to use all the flour before the expiry date.
