Perfect for gaining to confidence to filp my little girl loves it for strength stretching also

Bought this thinking it was like the one in the review videos for my daughter to do back bends as it states waist training in the description however it is just for stretching the legs. The buckles don't hold any weight when trying to use it a different way.

It took at lest a month to arrive from UK to Belgium. First impression is good. Reminds me of Manduka yoga belt. I bought just one to see if I can use it as a hack for Ienger yoga ropes. But not all doors In my house can close with this belt between them, so be aware.

My daughter was really happy with this product. Quick delivery. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars as no instruction manual or no gym bag to store the product in. Other than that very happy

the metal for the buckles is weak, so after a few goes can loosen and now not hold my foot. everything else is great
