Nature's Bio-Ear
I have tinnitus or ringing in the ear - like 24/7. I use it when I go to sleep. A little messy sometimes because it requires a piece of cotton with the solution to plug the opening of the ear. It's the best of all the things I've tried. It's not a cure but it does bring the ringing down most of the time. Sometimes medication or MSG will exasperate the ringing problem and Bio-Ear becomes less effective. But I do find it helpful the most of the time.Be sure when you purchase the product to get the 1 oz bottle - it should last about a month if applied once a day.

Bio ear was shipped and delivered just as they said. My husband uses this product to calm his tinnitus on particularly bad days. It does not cure it, just calms it.

Are these two products the same?
I was told your customer service that both products purchased was identical just labeled different. However, this caused some suspicion on my part.

No box and poor wrapping! Wrapped actually rolled up in a sticky bubblewrap so when i unrolled it it took mist of the writing of the bottle off so cant read instructions :( drops are ok but would not recommend to order it from this seller.
