In our household, this lotion is worth it's weight in gold because it not only helps to soothe any aches or pains, it also helps with our nighttime routine for our autistic son. One last life saving tip if you have a child who has difficulty falling asleep at night, watch a YouTube video on "sleep inducing acupressure points on the foot" and apply this knowledge while applying this amazing magnesium lotion. I have restless legs that are absolutely maddening. My case is severe, in that it affects my entire body. I thrash around violently at night, and it's come to the point where I fear when the sun goes down. It's like electric currents running under my skin...just horrible. I was desperate for relief, so I decided to get this lotion. It kind of makes me smell like the soap section in a health food store, but I swear, I would bathe in this stuff, if I could. The only problem I have with the lotion is that my symptoms of RLS and PLMD are so severe, that when my flare-ups are at their worst, the lotion can't keep the symptoms at bay for more than 20 minutes. During the milder bouts, however, I immediately feel better. It's as if my muscles release a massive sigh of relief. The sensation is wonderful. I really recommend this stuff... I'd be getting a lot less sleep without it. ♡

great quality and scent. lotion is very nice, it’s thick an creamy. The bottle is kinda tough to get it out and it seems as if there isn’t a ton of lotion in there but will keep using to see. besides the bottle and the amount of lotion it’s great and been helpful

This works great! It helps me fall asleep more quickly, keeps me asleep all night, and doesn't leave me groggy. I've tried other, more expensive mag/melatonin lotions but this one works best for me. Others would only allow me to sleep for five hours then I'd be wide awake. this one keeps me asleep. It is non greasy and absorbs quickly. I only use one small pump on the bottom of my feet right before I get into bed. I usually fall asleep quickly... within 10 or 15 minutes. I also use it on sore joints or muscles to alleviate pain while sleeping... helps with that, too. Would work well if you have leg cramps, for example.

This lotion smells good, and has helped me a lot with my pregnancy insomnia and restless legs/leg cramps that I get some nights. It's relaxing to put on.I have a bottle that I'm assuming is their temporary packaging, as stated in their description, as it doesn't look like the picture. This would be fine if the bottle was functional. However, the design of the bottle is horrid for lotion and makes using it at night a CHORE. The bottle itself has just a normal opening, no squirt top or pump, but the bottle is made of such thick plastic you can't squeeze it. So, you are left to try thwacking it over, and over, and over, AND OVER to get even a little bit of lotion out. If this was in a usable bottle, I would give it 5 stars because I really do like the lotion. It's just a headache to get to!

I’ve used multiple bottles of this because it works so well. Texture is nice, it absorbs easily and quickly, and I’m convinced it helps me sleep!
