Great Spatula, Very Versatile
Loving this spatula so far. It holds up well in the dishwasher and works great for burgers too.

Very handy kitchen utensil!
I enjoy using it to scoop up larger food items in both cookware and the air fryer with confidence. Well thought out and executed.

You'll Pick Right Up On It
I admit it. I look to America's Test Kitchen first for equipment reviews. A few years ago, I bought the OXO version of this. It's great. The spatula they rate highest now is $50. Sometimes they do that, price equals quality. Along the way, I bought a smaller version of this Mercer spatula. I found myself using it a lot and just needed more spatulas. These are just great! The smaller one gives MAX coverage in my small carbon steel frypan. The large one is better for pancakes and everything else. ATK didn't like the Hell's Handle handles, complaining that they're too big and about long-term fatigue. Really? They give a great, nonslip grip. ATK complained about the handle on the spatula they endorsed! Go figure. Holding the Mercer against the OXO, the Mercer appears more finely machined, but they're BOTH great. I still have a 1950s ECKO spatula I stole from home on the way to college. I would be using it still today if not for the rust. I think these Hell's Handles will last just as long.

Huge fan. Can't recommend enough
I purchased the 4" x 9" spatula, and it is almost comically large! However, after a little bit, you get used to it and realize that you are missing out on the benefits of having a large spatula. For example, you can rest assured that your entire fish will be lifted up by the spatula all at once, and that you won't have eggs overhanging the edges of the spatula. The construction is sturdy and the plastic handle is comfortable. Though I love a wood handle, they tend to not be very dishwasher safe. Also, it is the right sharpness. I cook with cast iron and carbon steel, and I don't want something that will scratch up my pans, but I do want something I can use to actually get stuck food off the pan if need be. This does the job perfectly.

Good quality, but design flaw
Well made. My husband found the handle a bit short for grilling.

One of the best turners out there.
Second of the Hells Handle line I've bought and this one works just as well. Perfect for the aspiring chef. Make the size isn't too big for your pan and it's a easy to use with it's wonderful design. I think the price is just about right as is, would be a steal if you can pick it up in a sale.

Comprate questa
Se vi serve una paletta in acciaio robusta e solida non perdete altro tempo, questa è la migliore a mio avviso.

A large flipper at 9" not for delicate work
I once picked a spatchcock chicken off a chargrill with this. At 9" it is not for delicate work but if you're cooking large foods it's handy. I have to confess, purchased at the cheaper price, I didn't fully appreciate the size of this until it arrived but nonetheless it's been a good tool, though the smaller at 2x the price is more commonly used. The handle takes heat well as described. I would buy it again
