These are absolutely delicious when they are thawed but cold!! I just throw them in the fridge and leave them in there as they get eaten. Easy to throw a pack into the diaper bag and go.

They are good but just a little small

I love to order from Katz. Their gluten free products always taste great, and arrive incredibly fast. I love the taste and the texture of all of their gluten free foods. I highly suggest if you don't eat them within a week or two, to put them in the freezer. Normally I buy in bulk and put them all in the freezer except one box. After I Finish one box, I take out the next. If you don't do this, the products will begin to mold.

I threw these away. They were tasteless, weirdly chewy, and contain two chemicals (one is sodium acid phosphate). You’d do much better to buy a gluten free muffin mix.

The un-freezing process leaves it with more moisture and better texture. Heating them up removed a lot of the water, but just add butter and you're good to go.Would I recommend? The blueberry flavor is perfect, just sweet enough, and there's no weird gluten free texture problems either. No aftertaste, just bliss. Add a little butter and it makes it the perfect dessert.If you've been looking for the gluten free equivalent of bakery mini muffins, THIS IS IT!

Good Product

As a person with Celiac Disease, I was really excited to try these! Unfortunately, they just don’t taste good. I’ve liked other Katz products in the past and been happy with them. Sadly, none of the Katz GF frozen muffins tasted good. I try not to leave negative reviews for anything - but also need to be honest. These were not worth the money.
