Beautiful, vibrant, and waterproof.
It's very easy to use with the correct paper and lamination settings. I was amazed to discover that post lamination (with laser print) it is completely waterproof (water proof paper) Can be used on sticker papers, it stands out on any background. I recommend to not cover it with plastic lamination or clear self adjustives, since it lowers the color and shine by half.

With the right tack glue this is amazing foil
I love using foil transfer when making my cups. Make sure you have a good tack glue and these foils work great.

No instructions. (First time user) Please Advise!
Okay, I have never used transfer foil before, and there were no instructions. I got a few different brands to find out which was the best (none of the other brands came with instructions either). The colors produced by the Deco brand are brilliant and beautiful. I specifically got it to create fore edge's for my books. (Images hidden by foil or gold leaf that you can only see when the book opens.) This brand came highly recommended specifically for this purpose. I attempted to apply it using a 3d printing smoothing tool with the iron attachment. It's temps range from 180*c to 500*c. I've had the best results with Deco, but it only seems to stick to surfaces with adhesive already applied. Something I only realized after trying to apply it over a transfer image (*Picture attached). Which leaves me with the question: Am I supposed to apply adhesive first? Is there a recommended adhesive to use for this purpose? I've been unable to find any clear instructions for a first time user even after searching online. While it successfully worked over area's with adhesive, it failed to transfer on any of the other surfaces. Please Advise. (For those concerned about the books in the images: it is also my first time making fore edges. I'm developing a process to transfer images while retaining consistent quality for my readers. So all the books used were practice journals and sketch books which I'm recording all my results in. We're currently building a finishing press which should be kinder to the future books we intend to foil edge.) I used this on a couple different books with Deco after the positive results I got. There was one bound with a sewn edge and another with a spiral. The spiral notebook had the best results with adhesion (*it's the bottom one in the image with 4 books in it.) Though because it was a spiral notebook, once it moved the binding resulted in an inability for the pages to line up which caused both the image and the shine to be lost. Because of this, I recommend using stationary bindings if you're attempting fore edges with this. If any deco users or sellers read this, please advice! We're still struggling to get better results, what am I doing wrong?

Great Toner/Adhesive Transfer Foil Sheets at a Good Price!
I love that I get six 6” x 12” sheets of foil for use with toner from a laser printer, toner sheets, toner gel, or for use with double-sided adhesive on my die cuts! (The last method doesn’t even require heat to transfer the foil...just burnish with your bone folder!) In the photo with the “thanks”, I applied the foil using two different methods. For the line of flowers, I created a stencil and spread on a layer of Deco Foil Transfer Gel and allowed it to dry. Once dry, I placed the foil sheet, pretty side facing up, on top of the Cardstock with the gel flowers and fed it through my mini MINC (I usually use parchment paper for the carrier). I then used the same die I used to create my stencil, to create a top panel with openings for the foiled flowers. For the die cut “thanks”, I cut out “thanks” 4 times (for dimension)...and stacked each on top of the other with glue. For the last “thanks”, before I die cut it, I placed a double-sided adhesive sheet over the front of my piece of cardstock. Once the release paper was removed, I placed a foil sheet (pretty side up) onto the sticky Cardstock and burnished with my bone folder. Then, I cut out the 4th “thanks” from the foiled Cardstock, adhered it to the top of the other “thanks” cuts, then adhered the whole sentiment to the card. One thing to note: this foil is “Toner Reactive” Foil... not “Heat Reactive” Foil. Yes, when using toner, you also need heat, but the heat is to activate the toner. This is not the foil you need if you are trying to use foil with a heat system alone, like the Press and Go or glimmer foil machine or even the WRMK Foil Quill with your Cricut/Brother Scan & Cut/Silhouette machines. So basically, you MUST have either toner or adhesive for this foil...not ONLY heat. I hope this helps. (I included photos of other colors in the Deco Foil Line)

A unique shade of green. Very pretty.
It is not light, medium, or dark green. It is a lovely lime green with iridescent multicolored streaks that can only be seen in bright light, like ambient sunlight. I used it to create a faux stained-glass window out of wood, acrylic, and hot foil. I hope other artists find it inspirational.

Fun new way to make an art project
I ordered this to make a tumbler design stand out. I love the ease of use and how cute it looks. I know it is not its intended use with a double sided sticky sheet but it made my project pop.

Was really looking forward to these specialty foils for my card making. Unfortunately there were only 4 sheets (checked multiple times for "stuckies") and most were mainly blue. Disappointing on both counts, especially given the price. First time to date Deco has short sheeted me. Sheets worked well though. Easy enough to use.

N'a pas fonctionné avec le foil quill chauffant vendu pour les machines de découpe. Mais a fonctionné avec de la colle
