Lonely Planet Discover Barcelona 2019 (Discover City) Paperback – September 18, 2018

I loves this booked and carried it with me my whole trip!

This was an outstanding guide on our trip and I appreciate the illustrative nature of it - and that it didn't give too much information but allowed me to understand the various attractions and districts.

Excellent guide on Barcelona. Well organized and very good descriptions. I have used Lonely Planet guides in the past and they all been very good.

Combine the guides information with the "Hop on Hop Off" bus tour and you have a great inexpensive way of seeing the city

The book is extremely detailed with written text but not enough photos to back up the text.

This book is very thorough in describing sites to see, access, transportation, and food.

Daughter bought before trip. Found it very helpful.

Does not cover all of the major places to see in Barcelona. It also really talked up some places that were not as good as others that weren’t talked up. Does not include day trips from Barcelona. The map was small and not worth the paper. Also - the “with children” information is minimal - maybe 1/2 a page.
