I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I needed to after reading some negative reviews. This band is a game changer. I’m new to wig wearing as I experienced hair loss as a trauma response to a surgery; it’s temporary, and my hair has already begun to grow back, but it still looks a wreck & is unmanageable, so I wear wigs when I go out or have meetings.Anywho, I had just purchased this band because I was using the hair net that came with the wig and would get headaches. Plus, I had to also use clips, and I started to notice a balding spot from the pulling caused when the hair net would eventually pull towards the center of my head under the wig. I was so glad I got this when I did, because not only do not get those headaches (or wig slippage), but I got it right before going on a out of state trip to visit family, and we ended up at a mini golf place with stairs to climb throughout the course. We were there in the late evening, and it was humid and windy, especially windy all the way at the top (we were by the sea shore, so more wind than usual over there). Well, once I realized how windy it was, I got nervous & thought my wig would come off with the gusts of wind that were up there, but it never budged! And this was with wearing it inside out (I didn’t realize at the time to wear it with the tag on the outside). The hair on my wig would move around, but never once did I feel it lift up. I was super impressed, and now, I always wear this band when I wear my wig.FYI: the wig is a synthetic wig I purchased on Amazon, but everyone who sees it for the first time think it’s my real hair & love the style.

The media could not be loaded. Unnatural hair colors aren't allowed at my job, so I wear a wig. This hair band is SO MUCH BETTER than a hair net or cap. Seriously, much more comfortable. I wear it fairly loose and it still keeps my wig from getting dislodged (see video for endurance test).The band is a soft velvet material and attaches with Velcro in the back. I've been using this daily for months and it's holding up great with no signs of wear!

This wig band Griff works very well helps to hold my wig in place. It was as described.

My main issue with this wig grip is that it's thick. I've used other brands before that were a lot thinner. This one may cause a bit of a hump in the front of the wig.I will say that it's comfortable and personally, I use it at night as an edge protector under my scarf. It also prevents my scarf from slipping off at night. I like the product, it's just a lot of material.I purchased the beige and the brown. For me the beige is really beige and may require some foundation to make it look more realistic. Hopefully after some time, it will become a little thinner. They also do well in the washer/dryer with a small garment bag.

The wig caps are all too small for me. So they become more uncomfortable the longer I wear them. This is a perfect solution. It works just as well as a cap and it is adjustable.

I got the headband quickly and was excited to use it. First thing taking it out of the package it seemed a bit cheap poorly made and it was to big even putting it tight I couldn't tighten it all the way because I ran out of velcro. I got my wig however and put it on fixed it got everything adjusted and was happy until I bent down to put on my shoes and my wig came right off the band was still on but it didn't hold the wig on at all. So I watched a you tube video to make sure I was using it correctly and I was so did it again. Got it on everything was good as I was walking to the kitchen my boyfriend grabbed my hair the wig just lightly and said is that your new wig but of course the wig came right off the band didn't hold it. The videos on YouTube showed those ladies jerking on their wigs and their wigs didn't budge with the wig band they had because it sure is not this one. I tried all 6 of my wigs on with this band and all 6 came off 1 by 1 not a single one stayed on. Sad I was really hoping for the best since I was recommended this product maybe I just went with the wrong company.
