Based on the application information given of 2004 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L, the Jeep Cherokee was not produced from 2002-2013 so because of that Dana/Spicer U-Joint 5-213x does not show to fit this application/vehicle. Now from 2002-2007 the Jeep Liberty was produced in North America which is what would have replaced the Jeep Cherokee during those years and in the model year you gave of 2004.
