Aroma Beads are small clear plastic poly beads that absorb up to 30% of their weight in fragrance oil. This fragrance can last up to six months, depending on the fragrance oil used, making it an easy alternative to candles. They can be placed in a glass vase, potpourri dish or other decorative container. These beads call also be cooked in a cookie cutter to make car air fresheners! Mix different colors for a nice design feature! If using for scented beads, common formulas recommend 1 lb of beads to 1 to 4 oz of fragrance oils, depending on the fragrance chosen. It is best to start small on the fragrance and add it gradually or it can become overbearing. To mix the fragrance and beads, place the beads and fragrance in a sealed glass container and shake. It may take anywhere from 24 hrs to 7 days for the oil to be completely absorbed. Shake every few hours for the full absorption of the fragrance. They can be left clear or liquid candle dye can be added with the fragrance if you wish for the beads to be colored! Our economy pellets work best for thinner oils. These unscented beads have a not so pleasant smell to them
Was super excited for these beads. It was fast shipping and a HUGE bag but the beads have a smell to them almost like a mix of a strong plastic bag and chemical smell and even after the scented oil they still smell I even let some air dry to see if that would help but it didn’t. . Great price for the amount you get but if you’re looking for truly unscented beads these are not it.

Soaks fast
These soak extremely fast, I use them to make car air fresheners however, this batch that I recently got has been melting once placed in the vehicle (hanging from the rear view mirror).

Bad dry
Not great. It dried pretty fast for some of the aroma bead car freshener batches but others took as long as a week or two to dry. I wouldn’t use these if you want it to dry fast or you have a lot of orders

DO NOT GET THEM
I hated these beads. I used them to make air fresheners, and the beads took forever to cook. It made the air fresheners look awful and it took them forever to dry!!! Do not get these beads just because they are cheaper, because that’s what I did.

Doesn’t hold smell very well
Great bang for your buck but doesn’t hold scents very well. Good product just doesn’t hold up to my standards
