Biotest Plazma™ Professional Grade Workout Formula, Lemon 1300 g

first thing ill say is this stuff IS pretty expensive. However ive noticed a pretty serious difference in my soreness levels after doing tough workouts... i really dont get sore anymore. I first noticed this the day after maxing out on barbell bench then proceeding to do more chest with some incline dumbell work with heavy weight. i was not sore the next day, literally.This stuff isnt premixed, you get the plazma powder in the bag and it comes with a small bottle of very potent flavoring. It also comes with a plastic funnel and a nice sturdy mixing/measuring bottle. Directions on how to mix this stuff is on the bag and is very simple and easy to understand. When you mix the drink in the bottle its extremely foamy.. so its best to mix your drink an hour or two before your workout to let it settle. I chose the berry flavoring and its pretty decent.If youre a pretty serious lifter and are really trying to get somewhere, id reccommend this product. Especially for those doing super intense workouts or hitting lifts on a high frequency, example, benching or squatting or deadlifting a few times a week. If youre a dude that makes it to the gym maybe twice a week i wouldnt waste your money, it is expensive. but for me, it has without a doubt improved my recovery.

Performance: This supplement works, there was a marked difference in the quality of my workouts and recovery upon using this product. The quality of ingredients seems to be superior to other related products. That being said, this is my first intra-workout supplement, so I'm not sure how it matches up against others.Taste: I can only speak for the lemon - it's the worst tasting supplement I've ever ingested. I've taken many supplements and I'm usually rather immune to the tell-tale artificial taste. I didn't add any more of the sweetener than was instructed. This went a bit beyond what I could handle, especially when I'm in the middle of my workout, when my stomach seems to be a bit more sensitive than usual. It's heavy and leaves that sour, unsavory after taste in your mouth following each sip. Brutal.The real disappointment: I had severe, and I mean severe nausea the first and second time I used this product, about 45 minutes after my last set, each time. I'm not one of those people that seem to become nauseated every day either. I spent about 2 hours on my bathroom floor the second time, thinking the first may have been a fluke, a lack of solid food or something, but no. I was wiped out for the entire rest of the day.Considering such a bizarre reaction, I'm curious about the cause. Was it a defective product? Does it interact with other well known preworkout supplements or BCAAs? Am I perhaps allergic to something (I have no food allergies that I'm aware of)? I ask these questions because had it not caused such an awful bodily reaction, this would surely be a valued addition to the very few supplements I take on a regular basis.I'm thinking I was an outlier, obviously everybody that takes this product won't have the same experience. Due to this, I decided I'd give it a moderate 3 stars.

Taste was ok but as they say you get what you pay for! This product just works no more soreness which had plagued me for a while. It was recamended by my coach. I used one serving during workouts and it did the trick.

I was a bit reluctant to give up the 'high octane' pre-workout drinks and try this one, but now I can't imagine working out without Plazma. I've only used a few Biotest products, but they're some of the best I've ever used and I've been a connoisseur of supplements for a lot of years.. Pair Plazma with Mag-10 and you have 2 of the best protein-based supplements available. Anywhere. I'm now surprised, but the first several times I used Plazma, I didn't notice a huge difference. Maybe it was timing, my body being over-trained or whatever it was, but workouts are incredible on Plazma. I've noticed just how much it makes a different the 1 time I worked out without Plazma. Make sure to take 1 dose/scoop 15-min prior to starting your workout & the other during your workout (just follow the directions). Recovery is substantially faster. The foaming when mixing can be sort of annoying so just mix it up ahead of time and it's not an issue. It's definitely not one of the cheaper products out there, but you get what you pay for. With most of the supplements on the market today, quality is 2nd to price. i.e. they're not what you think you're getting. Highly recommend Plazma (and Mag-10).

I used two jugs of it over a month's time. Amazing stuff. I was hard and cut the entire month. I was full of energy and my lifts improved. I'm doing a bulk right now, and I think the Plazma helped me gain weight (two servings = 500 calories). It is so darn expensive that i don't think I will use it regularly. My four-star rating reflects the high price.

The flavor is....odd, but not unpleasant. This product delivers. Wish it wasn’t so expensive, but hey, you pay for what works!

Makes for very good workout recovery. I get awesome pumps during the workout when I drink this starting about 20 to 30 minutes before the workout. I drink part of it before the workout and save some to drink during the workout.

I am not a big fan of preworkouts since I have had lots of nausea with all of them but then discovered it was the creatine. This one did not make me sick bit there wasn't a huge pump or difference in my workout with or without them. Its expensive too. Not sure I would buy it again. Only reason I did was because of arash Rahbar whom I follow on YouTube.
