The sound when I first got these was amazing. It seems to have deteriorated a bit, but still better than most earbuds and definitely worth the money! I got it refurbished and was a really good value. Sometimes the right side becomes unpaired but it’s easily fixed by turning off and on again. Also wouldn’t mind an extra set of the small size cushions or extra of each size as they come off sometimes and I hope I don’t lose it! Battery life is decent, a couple hours usually is enough. Carry case is cute and provides a full charge.

Overall, this is very good product. Good sound quality. Specially, the bass is outstanding. Battery is good but I only use about 1-2 hour talk time per day. I haven't had the chance to use the earphone on the plane. In the driving, the noise cancellation is good.

Came with two right ears I already own a pair so now I have three rights and one left when you can get them to connect they sound better then any other sets I've tried not kidding watch a movie with these things in amazing sound huge drivers in theses earbuds any ways just alittle temperamental oh and they hang out of your ears a ways so not great look they are kinda big i think

I bought these refurbished headphones for $17 mainly for music listening over call use.They are awesome for music! I use them when I go running and then stay in just fine.Not 100% secure, but they haven't came out yet after using them for 3 months.One warning, not sure if this just my pair or this model, but I hear music fine but when I make a phone call it only uses 1 headphone!Haven't contacted their support team yet to find out the resolution but it does happen every call I've made on it.Will play music on both i get a call, only hear my caller in 1 headphone, then call ends and the music plays in both again.So I wouldn't recommend for call use, but for bluetooth music they are very great for the money!

I use these almost every day at work and the value and quality that Treblab has provided is fantastic! Over time, the battery life doesn't last quite as long, but I can usually get an entire morning of use out of these before lunch. By the end of lunch they are charged enough to last the rest of the work day!

I can’t explain how great these X2’s are I’ve had a pair for 2 years and just purchased again! Both pairs still work and sound amazing. I’ve used many many other companies products and none can match Treblab! Nobody, regardless of price. I am a customer for life! Bass is unbeatable for the in-ears. Battery life is astounding and these suckers take a beating and just continue to work. But them now, you won’t be disappointed!

The sound is about average and the plug in charger seems like a good design, BUT i could never get the earbuds to shut off. I would push the button and receive the "shutting down" voice over, so i thought it was off - but it wasn't. And the next time i would go to turn them on, the battery would signal 10% remaining.So the battery was always dead and when the earbuds were charged up they would often take my phone's bluetooth "hostage" when i didn't want them to.I worked at the Geek Squad for 5yrs. I'm pretty good at fixing things, recognizing manufacturing errors and teaching non-techy people how to use their tech..... But I couldn't teach myself how to turn these earbuds on/off. That's not a good sign. Wish I could return these and get my money back.
