Briggs and Stratton 1401381601MA Wheel Assembly-Front, Black

I have a 2002 craftsman 30" riding mower. model 536.270280. Was a perfect fit as a replacement for the front tires.6/13/2020 update. The hub center broke off today. I tried to weld it on. But will need replacing soon.

I liked this product as it has a nylon bushing that rides on the axle. I hope that it lasts longer than the original ball bearings.

The wheel/tire proffered by Briggs and Stratton (B&S) may well be the OEM replacement they provide, but it IS NOT the same as the original wheel/tire that came on my mower. The B&S product is smaller, both in width and diameter than the original even though it shows the same dimensions on the tire (am trying to load a photo). A smaller diameter requires readjusting the deck of your mower because the front will be lower with the B&S product.The B&S wheel/tire is also not durable. If my photos load, you'll see how the wheel axle separated from the wheel because the connection is a press-fit between sheet-metal-thickness pieces. Sure, there's a weld on the axle, but it has nothing to do with the connection.So, SAVE YOUR MONEY. If you want a low-quality wheel/tire for less, you can find it on Amazon. If you want a higher quality wheel/tire, well, I'm still looking.

These replacement tires/rims fit well on my riding lawn mower. The price was average. I have only used the lawn mower a few times since installing and they are working fine.
