3rd Grade Math Workbook: CommonCore Math Workbook Paperback – September 20, 2018

I purchased the book for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. For my kids in different age groups, I wanted to give some math worksheets to improve their understanding of mathematical concepts.1. The questions are of high standard and are similar to the questions on the standardized tests.2. There are many word problems to illustrate the application of mathematical concepts3. Workbook is clearly divided into chapters, and the font is acceptable size, along with pictures for some of the word problems, making it easier for the kids to interpret4. Answers for every question is explained in detail at the back of the book. This is a big plus about this bookI don't understand the negative reviews about this book. Better check the book inside & decide for yourself.

I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a kids friendly way of making them practice the math skills. This book teaches the syllabus that covers the common core syllabus with a practical examples and questions on number operations, measurements and shapes. There are two comprehensive assessments with 45 questions each that reinforces the understanding of the concepts once taken. If you miss the answers, the explanation provided towards the end of the book is very easy to understand and correct the mistakes made. Overall I recommend the book and the approach taken by the publisher .

A great supplemental resource although not totally aligned. I have also bought this for first grade as well & again, I was pleased with the purchase.

Using these for a student I’m tutoring! Quality product! I would recommend to anyone who’s looking to have their child/children keep that summer slide at bay and prepare for coming grade level. Help make math skills stronger!

Has different math problems and soo good ,u will not regret buying it.had loads of problems and the explanation at the back not taking that much of a space which is good

I loved this workbook for my 3rd grader . I feel it’s amazing and has a comprehensive coverage of the 3rd grade math common core curriculum. This is a great workbook to get them ready for the SBAC testing .I was very impressed with the layout of the book , the questions were not cramped and were visually easy to approach .The questions are challenging and help improve my child’s analytical thinking .Totally impressed with this workbook and would be ordering the math workbook for my first grader too.👍👍👍👍👍

I got this book and at first glance it looked complicated. I came here and I read some bad reviews, but my twins and I decided to work on questions anyways. I’m so glad we did . There is something on the format of this book that works for my family . I found so many topics that was not covered on my kids school . It was a wake up call. When my kids don’t know something, they go to the short explanation at the end and they just get it . Or we go together. And we all get it . They just love this book and no, they don’t love every math worksheet . So it’s is a winner for me . Another day one of my twins even said “ mom can you imagine if we hadn’t got this book?”.

Keep in mind that it not tutorial book.
