Sharp Carousel II Convection Microwave Cookbook Paperback – January 1, 1990

I purchased this hard cover copy because my dear husband has cooked the original paperback copy to pieces. I like to say he "read all the goody off the pages."This edition is older and the pages show their age somewhat, but they are all intact and in good shape.We have two Sharp microwave ovens which are convection/microwaves, and they can do everything so well, and the creative stuff in this cookbook is what my husband enjoys doing. He reads recipes and actually COOKS according to the instructions....something I don't do, since I am an "intuitive" cook.So if you have read all the goody off the paperback cookbook which came with your Sharp oven, this will be a good replacement for it. Also, some of the recipes are outstanding. For instance, the one for Sicilian Dinner is great. It is probably my husband's favorite casserole dish to do himself. And, it also helps understand the capabilities of these smart convection/microwave ovens.

Great recipes! I got a slightly used copy, and previous owner Left a few cookie recipes if their own inside, but that's cool! Like it's a bonus!

Needed this as we have a microwave/convection in our new motorhome and didn't have a recipe book for it.

Got it as a gift. Had one page very wrinkled. Not sure I’ll give it now. Expected more for the price.

I love having cookbooks and just got a new convection oven. It has some nice recipes and helped because I have a Sharp.

This book is a great guide for the Sharp Microwave/Convection oven.
