Not *So* Easy, But Good
I think I shaved a few months off of the end of my life putting this together. They do recommend two people assemble this, and I agree. But I do like it - it's good-looking with lots of storage, and surprisingly substantial for particleboard.

It's a good TV stand.
I like how sturdy it is and attractive to my room but putting it together was horrible. Directions could have been better.

Frustrated with purchase and not happy with the look of the tv stand.
Product arrived in a damaged condition. Instructions for assembly were confusing. I was missing some essential components so assembly took much longer. I had to repair and reinforce some key structural joints and I had to purchase additional glue since the glue included was inadequate for the job. Will not be ordering from Ameriwood again.
