The powder mixes easily into liquid or smoothies. This powdered form of inositol is hard to find, (as opposed to capsules) and I use it in my morning smoothies so this product is perfect for me. Another brand I’ve used is higher priced and comes in smaller packaging.

This powder is flavorless and mixes well with water. I have no issue taking this in conjunction with selenium and no I’ll side effects to speak of. I am using this powder to help lower my thyroid antibodies so it is too soon to tell how it is working, but can update in several months. You get plenty of servings in this small container as the serving size is only 1/4 tsp and that is what I take daily. Typically I don’t like powder supplements because they can be a pain to mix and use but this one is great.

From my experience, this is a high quality product. I like the taste of it, the design of the bottle is fantastic, the feel of the body is fantastic, the story behind the founder is inspirational, and this is just a great product! It's smart because there is a moisture absorbing packet inside of the product, keeping things dry. There are products that do not do this in competitor companies. This myoinositol has great crystalline structure and looks very viable.

This was the product that I ordered but when it arrived it appeared to be leaking there was product around the seal and the inside wrap was opened not sealed properly

Myo-inositol really makes a huge difference with my anxiety when I take it consistently. I wish the container were a little larger for the price.

I bought this supplement to help with the absorption of the Selenium i take for Hashimoto's. I follow Dr. Izabella Wentz and read many of her articles. Since I also take an antidepressant I thought this would be a good addition. Unfortunatly, I noticed very urgent loose stools every day since I began. I would put it in with my morning coffee and didn't notice any weird taste or smell. A bit disappointed.
