Save money and buy refurbs
it's a great processor and save money rather than buying from foreign stores, got this in 2 days, o'cd to 4.4Ghz very conservative , running smooth with my evGA FTW RTX 2070 Super, All is happy just played COD MW for 3 hours and never saw the temps flactuate much..

Look, I know alot of people hate the word " renewed " but this thing legit looks and runs brand new... don't over pay for something that you can get for half the price and it be just as good. My i7 runs like a dream! Please don't hesitate to buy one of these if your in the market.

Great Processor good condition
Honestly I’m surprised for this upgrade from my i5 4460. This is such a great and strong CPU and came a day early! Only thing I have to say is update your BIOS prior to installing the chip. I have a MSI h97 motherboard that was outdated needed to be updated in order for the I7 to boot windows.Love this CPU!

Decent upgrade if your using an i5 4690k
Fast shipping. Upgraded from an I5 4690k. I mainly use the pc for gaming and this was a decent upgrade for the price. My I5 was maxing all it's cores on some games. I've been running it at [email protected] volts on all cores. Using a NH D15 it gets around 75 degrees Celsius in the hottest core while gaming with a silent fan setting.

Excellent Value
The processor works exactly as it should. This was put into a graphics rig to address a CPU bottleneck with the previous i5 processor. The 4790K definitely solved the problem.

"renewed" CPU
I ordered the "renewed" CPU since it was somewhat cheaper. CPU works with no problems so far. The downside is that it didn't come with the heat-sink and fan that you'd get with the regular version. I had what I needed at home already, but it would have been nice to get the same package contents as the regular.

This Processor Doesn't Work
My Gigabyte GA Z97X Gaming 7 motherboard works fine with my i7 4770 processor but not with this i7 4790K processor! I was delayed in being able to test this processor because I had to make a 3 month trip. By the time I was able to test it the return time had passed!!! Now I'm out $300.00! Not happy!!
