The Asian Kitchen: Fabulous Recipes from Every corner of Asia [Asian Cookbook, 380 Recipes] Paperback – May 20, 2014

I got this cookbook as a Christmas present. They categorize the book by each country and different dishes made there in Asia. The items called for in the recipes are ones I have never heard of before, but was able to find them in a local Asian shop and anything else left was what I purchased online. It was a great gift, the receiver absolutely loves it. I would recommend if it is a gift to maybe include one or two of the ingredients commonly used in the book so they don't have to worry about trying to find it.

I bought this as a present to someone who is experience to cooking, especially Asian style. She found this book to offer a wide variety of dishes she would like to try over time. The instruction is adequate and pics are great.

This is a fantastic book! It is well organized by region, and gives lots of additional information on ingredients common in each type of cuisine. A must have for anyone looking to make authentic Asian cuisine.

Bought this for a friend's birthday. Came on time and undamaged. He said that the book was very helpful in creating recipes and easy meals, while also giving him the freedom to be experimental and create his own. Would recommend as a gift to any Asian Recipe lover!

Depuisque ma famille mange sans gluten, je prete une attention particulière au livre de cuisine exotique dont on pourrait penser qu'ils ont une plus grande culture d'autres céréales.cependant, dans ces livres les recettes sont occidentalisées, et il est improbable de trouver quoi que ce soit out toute farine n'est pas remplacée par du blé.Ce livre est simplement L'exception.Non seulement il parcours un grand nombre de pays (indes, indonésie, chine, vienam, corée, etc), mais il parvient à disséminer de très nombreuses recettes assez authentique et qui utilisent tantôt, du riz, du tapioca, des lentilles, etc.On y trouve donc plein d'inspiration.Sans être super spécialisé, il donne bien assez d'idée pour varier les menus sans se lasser et découvrir beaucoup de variations en provenance de pays dont on ne connais simplement rien du tout en matière que cuisine :)Un vrai trèsor !
