Are lifting straps good for beginners?

Absolutely. DMoose Lifting Straps are easy to use and help new lifters grip the bar securely, so they can focus on form and build strength safely.

What exercises can I use these straps for?

Use them for any pulling movement where your grip might give out. They’re perfect for deadlifts, barbell or dumbbell rows, pull-ups, shrugs, and similar heavy lifts.

How do I put on the straps correctly?

It’s simple – slip the end through the loop to create a wrist loop, put your hand in, then wrap the free end tightly around the bar. The strap will tighten as you lift, locking your grip in place.

Will these straps fit my wrists?

Yes. DMoose Lifting Straps are one-size-fits-all with a 24-inch length. The long adjustable strap can accommodate any wrist size and is designed to be versatile for men and women.

How much weight can DMoose Lifting Straps hold?

These straps are built to handle extremely heavy weights. The heavy-duty cotton and strong stitching are designed for hundreds of pounds – far more than most lifters will ever need – without tearing or fraying.
