This was expensive, but it is the only company that still makes this style of battery terminal. Works as expected.

Don't be a fool like me and write a negative review complaining about the knob not being included only to find it in a pile of miscellaneous stuff on your workbench 3 days later! Oops. Great quality product!

I mistakenly gave this product a bad review because of the nut that is in the knob falling out. I have used these for years and own 3. The nut did fall out but I later learned it was not the new one but one 3 years old that had been tightened (alot of torque each time) literally hundreds of times. I have had good luck with these and they sure beat loosening battery terminal bolts and having to retighten them for every disconnect. Because of these, I no longer worry about dead batteries from parasitic draw. 5 seconds and its disconnected or vice versa. Looks and feels like a quality product.

The Lead Quick disconnect will probably do the work however, the quality of finishing and look is pretty poor and it extrudes a lot outside the battery area.

I only use this type on my car collection. Fast and safe to unhook battery in an emergency

This item is for only 1 terminal so if you're looking to replace both then you'll need to order 2.

This a good product and is well made. I bought one of the cheap brass-coated disconnects with the green knob and it broke in half on me when I was tightening it. This product is a little different because you have to unscrew the knob and completely move the cable. It's easy to do, but another step further than the previous disconnect I bought. I like this one.

There was no way to disconnect the power without completely seperating the two parts which is not the intent with these type disconnects.
