In a monochromatic world of all grey PVC covers; this firm was the only one with a clearly identifiable red lever.

these are great
I have three of these from about 8 years ago and I just picked up a fourth to replace what was an outlet. I gave them all a quick spray of gray paint and they look and function great. The older ones are perfect working order and the switches inside are clean, dry and perfect after 8 years outside.

Use it in my barn
As I said in my review of the double toggle, it keeps the switched dry and clean. A barn is a dusty enviornment.

Excellent Outdoor Switch
This cover is an excellent product that goes over an existing single pole single throw electrical switch. The cover comes with a foam gasket that provides a water tight seal. Well made and easy to install.

The item is marked heavy duty exterior use but one may buy and open to learn it is thin and will not last as long as the original heavy duty version
