It does its job well. The install was simple enough, and the instructions were updated. It took at most an hour finish installing.

Works well. Adds much convenience since I have a covered bed and often keep items of value in the box. Note that if someone really wants in, they'll get in anyway. But like a respected mechanic once told me, if they want in, they'll get it. This keeps the honest person honest.UPDATE: I really liked it until ... After 5 years of use it broke. I took the motor apart and the cheap plastic gear inside is broke. No repairing it. I paid $115.09 new and now I see they want $292.79. I don't think so! Not worth it for that price for low quality parts that last 5 years. I'll use the key lock!

Well made, easy to install and worth the money.
A great add on and we'll worth the money. Oem Mopar fits perfectly and directions are well written. Took about 2 hours to install. This includes dismantling, installing, routing wiring and connecting wiring. Contains enough wiring harness for crew cab long box. Installed this on my 2010 Ram and now I can lock and unlock my tailgate with the push of a button.
