Can i wear this even i have 20/20 vision?

Yes you can but realize the magnification in the bifocal will affect how far the object will need to be away from your eyes to be in focus. Even with 20/20 vision, I have used magnifying lens built into visors or glasses to help me with really small objects or fine detail. For example when I am soldering surface mount chips to a printed circuit board I will use magnifiers (usually at higher magnification). Note that as the magnification goes up, the closer the object needs to be your eyes for the object to be in focus. For example, at 1.5 the object is at normal book reading distance about 18". at 3.5 magnification the object would need to be about 8-12" away from your eyes,.

Are the lens and side shields one piece or does it have snap on shields?

One piece but they do have shields on the side

Do these Nuvo glasses have a rubber nose piece? Looks like clear hard plastic in pic?

The nose piece is rubber (or the like) and slides off and on a set of plastic pins either side of the nose which facilitates cleaning. I have worn safety glasses over thirty years and have not owned a pair as comfortable to wear as these. The thirty years is why I had to purchase the reading glasses.

Getting old sucks and as my eyes have started to get worse it’s become a challenge to read tape measures and do work on projects in the garage. I have bifocals but glasses just don’t protect as well as safety glasses when working. I picked these up to wear with my contacts because of the magnification. It has made working on projects fun again. I can read my tape measures and rulers, see cut lines clearly and I know my eyes are protected should something fly off when cutting. Good quality and durability and worth the investment to keep working on my projects.
