As near as I can tell, this power supply worked and ran quietly. I returned it because I misdiagnosed the problem on the computer, not because of any failure or flaw in the power supply. And KDM was lickety split quick and reasonable in their dealings.I don't like restocking fees, but acknowledge the dealer takes a hit with returns like this, so I accept them. When I complained about the fee amount in my RMA, they reduced it to something I consider reasonable without argument. If I have such needs in the future, I'll be keeping the vendor on my short list.

Although this was supposed to work with my EL1352 E-machine, it did not. I had to return it for a refund. They said it worked fine according to their testing, but it did not work with my machine - as advertised. I had to find another power supply for my machine after I tried two of these same power supplies, both from the same company, but different from sellers. Neither one of them worked with my computer. I ended up spending money for shipping and still I had to resort to using a different power supply, which was a 380 watt ATX 12 volt 2.31 VER that did not fit inside of my small tower. So it is connected, but it sits outside of my tower. I don't know what the problem was. This seller did give me a refund and I only paid for return shipping.

I have a emachine computer but the power supply that came was from a Dell computer. Everything was the same along with the part number, however, my screws off my emachine was too large for the power supply they sent me. Wished they would include the screws so I wouldn't have to use force to make my larger screw strip in to get it attached.

The PSU appeared to be brand new and packaged very well. Once installed, the PC booted right up without issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the merchant.

Works well as expected. Purchased to fix a friend's computer. Install was easy and still haven't heard any issues about it since.

So far working OK for me. If you looking for a power supply like this model, they may are the good price.

Power supply seemed to fix the problem for a few weeks. Found out later we had a mother board issue that caused the initial failure.

I bought this this to replace my power supply in my Emachine computer, it worked great, I'm using the computer now.
