Q: Any chance these are Latex free?

I don't They are because they don't feel and flex like latex. It's a very thin plastic shell attemping to strengthen the foam rubber inside but, buyer be warned; this particular foam roller type should not be used as replacement pads for strength training equipment, especially for leg machine apparatuses.

Q: How long are these expected to last with 200lbs?

I don't know exactly how long a 200 lbs. load on these would last, but in my experience, when I was doing 250 lbs. on the leg extension, these pads started splitting on the inside within a couple workouts. I bought another set (thinking maybe I had a defective set), and they split as well. I went back to the more traditional (less dense) foam pads that are covered in vinyl. They do not absorb as much pressure as the high density foam pads, but at least they don't split making them worthless.

I have had polyurethane rollers for years and have never noticed a smell.
