Excellent upper body building workout; and abdominal building workout.
I bought all 3 resistance levels. I use the 70 LB resistance level to develop my chest, shoulders, and arms. Once I can do the 70 LB resistance level easily for my chest, shoulders, and arms, then I will move on to the 90 LB resistance level. I use the 110 LB resistance level to do the abdominal exercise. I have a bad back and I have never been able to do abdominal exercises such as sit-ups, because I would injure my back and have severe back pain. The GoFitness Super Push Down Bar is the first abdominal exercise that I have done that has not injured my back. I found that the highest resistance level was the most effective in developing my abdominals. The GoFitness Super Push Bar is very durable by the way it was made; it will probably last me for the rest of my life. Whereas, other fitness devices that I have bought throughout my life eventually broke, which disrupted my exercise program. I'm happy that I purchased the 3 resistance levels.

Nice quality and Easy to use
Got this item in last weekend. A little bit bigger than my imagination, The quality of the plastic and metal parts are strong and tough, Worthing what I paid for. The spring feels good too. not very heavy, you can lift it up by only one palm. So, easy to bring it to the gym or office for working-out usage.

What a convenient, portable tool for my muscles!
I like this product very much. Everytime after using it, I feel a significant effect on my muscles. I can practice different parts of my body, helping the muscles grow faster. Meantime, the quality of this product surprised me. It is convenient and portable. In overall, it is out of my expectation. Very good product!

Well made exercise accessory
I bought the push down bar about a month ago, and I certainly was not sure it was a "keeper" I have used the equipment for about a month and am more than satisfied. Since I am an older weight trainee, my goal is no longer large muscles. I want to maintain my strength and tone my muscles. The push down bar is a winner for me. I can actually feel the muscle working and I am noticing a significant difference in the toning. Presently, I am using the 70 pound model but I can see that I may need the 90 pound for some of the exercises. I will make this purchase when I arrive at that point.

Great chest pump.
You can get a pretty good workout with this! The range of motion is good, resistance is nice in that it increases as the spring compresses. It is a little noisy, but not terribly so.

Dynamic resistance builds muscle fast!
I might like this to feel a little sturdier and I'd like it to have replaceable springs (what do I do after I wear the springs out?). But this definitely has built my chest faster and better than push ups or dumbbells. Also, it has built tendon strength and my stubbornly puny forearms in a way that weightlifting has not been able to do. Even the exercises that may look and feel a little silly build upper arm and back strength faster and better than my experience with dumbbells and with less chance of injury (I think). I'm a 165 pounds, fit, with clear muscle definition in my upper body, who works out a few times a week at least--the beginning level was fine for me, so unless you're a bigger guy or a former gymnast or wrestler or a true gym rat, you're probably good with the beginner level.

Just OK
I purchased this piece for one purpose and that is isometric chest holds. The thing is ideal for that and very comfortable to use, but it just doesn't offer up enough resistance (despite the fact that I purchased the hardest one). I will use it in between sets and for time holds from time to time, but I believe that I will have to invest in a more expensive "chest crusher" type product in the future.

What level of resistance to buy
I initially ordered the machine with 70lbs. of resistance but it was unable to get the full range of motion for the basic chest exercise as shown in the video -which was surprising, since at age 70 I still have the arms and shoulders of a safety in the NFL and also larger and stronger pectoral muscles than the average male of any age and can still bench press a 150lbs. I emailed the company to tell then this and they sent me a machine with 50lbs. of resistance and I was thus able to get the full range of motion on the basic chest exercise. Thus I would advise male customers to order the machine with 50lbs. of resistance unless they are as young and big and strong and muscular as college and NFL football players or body-builders who can bench press at least 200 lbs.Since women on average are not nearly as big and strong and muscular as men and have breasts rather than large pectoral muscles, I doubt that any female, with exception of a few extraordinary amazons, could get the full range of motion on the basic chest exercise, so perhaps the company could have machines with 30 or 20 or even 10lbs. of resistance and perhaps also make devises that are slightly narrower. If so, they could sell more devises to women and also men who aren't even strong enough to achieve the full range of motion on the basic chest exercise.The abdominal exercise is also effective as one can feel the muscles constrict and burn with the downward motion.

Das Gerät hält was es verspricht, es ist sehr wertig verarbeitet und die brust Muskeln brennen danach. Das Gerät finde ich überhaupt nicht laut, ich weiß nicht warum das so in den Bewertungen steht. Die federkraft mit 90lbs reicht für einen fortgeschrittenen Sportler aus. Das Gerät ist eine tolle Alternative zum Fitnessstudio oder einer sperrigen kraftbank. Ich bin begeistert und freue mich auf die kommenden Trainingseinheiten 👍
